APROPOS 19 conference: special session on quantum technologies

The international conference APROPOS will take place at the Center for Physical Sciences and Technology on 1–4 October. This biannual conference brings together a wide range of scientists from all over the world to share knowledge, new discoveries and foster collaborations in various scientific fields.

This time APROPOS will have an exclusive session dedicated to quantum technologies. We will hear presentations on electron and nucleus qubit systems, quantum imaging, quantum machine learning algorithms, cold atom control for quantum simulators, and theoretical and experimental studies of atomic defects for quantum communication and sensing applications. Invited speakers will include one of the world's leading quantum researchers from Germany, Fedor Jelezko, as well as Radek Łapkiewiz from Poland, renowned Lithuanian quantum researchers Gediminas Juzeliūnas, Egidijus Anisimovas, Lukas Razinkovas, and other rising stars of Lithuanian quantum science.
